Title: Pre-Order Terms
These terms apply to items marked as Pre-Order.
1. Payment
Payment is taken immediately at checkout to secure your product allocation.
2. Release Dates
Release dates are provided by suppliers and may change.
If delayed, we notify all customers.
3. Dispatch Timing
Pre-orders ship:
- On release day
- Or slightly before, when stock is confirmed in-hand
- Orders containing pre-order items ship when all items are in stock
To get items separately, place separate orders.
4. Allocation Shortages
In rare cases, suppliers may allocate fewer units than ordered.
If this happens:
- Orders are fulfilled by time of purchase
- You will be offered:
- A full refund OR
- A credit OR
- A replacement product (if available)
5. Combining Pre-Orders & In-Stock Items
If you combine items:
Your order ships when EVERYTHING is in stock.
For faster delivery, place separate orders.
6. Cancellations
Pre-orders can be cancelled until dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
7. Condition of Product
All sealed products are brand new direct from distributors.
Minor cosmetic imperfections to packaging do not qualify as defects.
