Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to have complete confidence when purchasing from Treasure Cards. If there is an issue with your order, we will always work with you to resolve it quickly.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- An item arrived damaged
- A sealed product arrived opened or tampered with
- A product was mis-listed or incorrect
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following cannot be returned:
- Single cards (due to tampering / switching risk)
- Graded cards (unless damaged in transit)
- Opened booster packs or boxes
- Digital items
- Pre-orders after dispatch
We do accept returns for sealed items only if unopened.
How to Request a Return
Email us at:

Include:
- Name
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photo/video evidence (if applicable)
We respond within 24 hours.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of packaging + item
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
- Return shipping is covered by us
Refund Timeframes
Once approved, refunds are issued within 2–5 working days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If a sealed item is defective, we can offer an exchange where available.
